Join Sarah, our Licensed Massage Therapist and creator of Above & Beyond Wellness Spa, as she shows you the fast, easy, and effective ways to get your body stretched out.
This stretch class supports beginners who can’t touch their toes, those who can do the splits, and everyone in between.
Learn how to make 5-10 minutes of stretching as effective as 20-30 minutes with simple tips and tricks from an expert in their field. You’ll experience an open forum where you can ask questions about your aches and pains, from work-related posture and positioning to massage techniques that can help or anything else about the body and its mobility.
We encourage participants to bring any self-care tools they may already have, like the Thera Cane, MaxGia Peanut, Yoggi Ball, foam rollers, etc. Learn how to use the tools properly and possibly more diversely to help you with your self-care.
Participants should dress in active clothes that are comfortable to move around in. Make yourself a priority and learn proper stretching that you can easily do in minimal time to control your body’s aches and pains with our 30-45 minute Stretch & Self-Care Class.
