At the young age of 16, Sarah was in a severe car accident. After a lengthy rehabilitation, her mother and grandparents inspired her to follow in their footsteps, so she decided to dedicate her life to learning the trade to help others regain their mobility and freedom from pain as she experienced.
In 1999, she graduated from the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular & Massage Therapy in Charleston, SC. Over the next decade, Sarah continued to advance her knowledge by becoming a NeuroMuscular Therapist, Certified Sports Therapist, & Cranial Sacral Therapist. These lead to her improving her techniques and modalities to accelerate the rehabilitation and restoration of her client’s health.
In 2010 Sarah, unfortunately, experienced another severe car accident that nearly ended her life. Thankfully, she recovered from three broken vertebra and four broken ribs to return to her practice. Living through these experiences has deepened Sarah’s passion for helping others regain their health and well-being to experience their best lives.
She specializes in restoring mobility and relieving pain through a systematic approach she’s developed. She uses various techniques like Myofascial, Neuromuscular release, sports massage, soft tissue release, range of motion stretches, craniosacral therapy, cupping, vibrational tuning, lymphatic, and prenatal massage.
